Applicants will be able to get to know the programmes of Russian universities by means of VR activities and personalized consultations at online event in India

Higher education programmes from leading Russian universities will be presented on October 27-28, 2020 within the scope of the online exhibition “I'm going to study in Russia!” arranged by Rossotrudnichestvo.

The following programmes will be presented by:

• MSTU “STANKIN”,
• Saint Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design,
• University "Synergy",
• Russian State Pedagogical University named after A. I. Herzen,
• NRU Higher School of Economics (HSE),
• Ivanovo State Power Engineering University named after V.I. Lenin (ISPEU),
• National Research Tomsk State University and others.

The universities involved in the exhibition are Russian educational “giants” offering programmes in the most relevant areas: engineering, technical sciences, mathematics and natural sciences, humanities, economics, pedagogy and others.

Participants of the online exhibition will be able to learn how to enter a Russian university, how a foreigner can get a free education, and what specialties are available to enroll in. Schoolchildren and their parents, as well as teachers and students will be able to get acquainted with stands of the universities, where presentations, consultations, popular science lectures and even laboratory work will be held in VR format.

As part of the presentations, speakers from universities will focus on future-orientated vocational fields, trends in educational technologies, key events and specific features of education, in particular, about scholarship learning opportunities.

International exhibition “I'm going to study in Russia!” is arranged by Rossotrudnichestvo under the State Program “Development of Education”. The event focuses on popularization of Russian vocational education and attracting fellow countrymen and foreign citizens to study in Russia. The expected number of visitors is over 3,500 people.
