On June 6, the RCSC, Chennai prepared an online program dedicated to the Day of Russian Language and the 221st birth anniversary of Alexander Pushkin.

A literary lesson was conducted for the students of Russian language courses, during which a video presentation was made on the works of the great poet and interesting facts about his life. At the end of the lesson, all the students learnt one of the Pushkin’s poems, “If Life Deceives You” ("Если жизнь тебя обманет").  

The RCSC specially prepared an online exhibition “One More Dimension” in which twenty of the most famous drawings by Alexander Pushkin were presented. The exhibition revealed a new impressive dimension of the life and work of the Russian poet to the Indian public.
