Open lesson “ – Russian search engine” held at “Anna Adarsh” college

On September 20, an open lesson on the subject “ – Russian search engine”, conducted at the Anna Adarsh College for women. The lesson held within the framework of “An Intercollegiate Technical Symposium by “TechByte” and was organized by the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Chennai together with the college administration.

The welcome address was given by Dr. Jayashree Ghosh, Principal of the College.

Mr. Albert Gafarov, an employee of the RCSC, conducted a video presentation “ – Russian search engine”, telling about the features and its formative stages of becoming the most popular search engine in Russia, for the students.

Mr. A. Basha spoke about the main areas of cooperation between Russia and India in the field of Information technology, as well as about the seminars and programs organized by the RCSC.

Dr. Hannah Vijaykumar, Head of the Computer Science department thanked the RCSC for participating in the college seminar and proposed to continue long-term cooperation between the college and the RCSC in Chennai.

The event was attended by more than 200 students and professors of Computer Science department of the “Anna Adarsh College for Women”.
